Artistic Director, Choreographer and Performer
Known as Bboy Issue, Issue Park is a choreographer and performer based in Zürich, Switzerland. Born in South Korea, he began dancing at a young age and is a founding member of the renowned breakdance crew Morning of Owl. Over time, he expanded his movement vocabulary by integrating martial arts, contemporary dance, Korean dance, and street dance, developing an original and experimental approach to movement that has gained international recognition.
He is currently an Accomplice at Tanzhaus Zürich, where he continues to expand his artistic practice as a choreographer and creator. His transition from breaking to theatre is an ongoing evolution, exploring new forms of expression through the body. His work centers on relationships, humor, and play, which he articulates through movement.
As a performer, he combines technical precision and creative versatility with a strong emotional presence. Working between breaking and contemporary dance, he has performed on theatre stages across Europe and Asia.
