Founded by Hyosung "Cho" Joo and Kwangsuk "Issue" Park, EIGHT2ONE creates works that blend breaking and contemporary dance, ranging from full-length theatre productions to performances for festivals, public projects, and corporate events.
Their creations combine physical storytelling with the energy of breaking and the expressive language of contemporary dance, engaging audiences of all ages across theatres, festivals, public spaces, and events.
EIGHT2ONE develops theatre productions, festival performances, site-specific works, and performances for corporate and public events. Their practice also extends to breaking and contemporary dance workshops for children, adults, professionals, schools, and families, as well as creative collaborations in performance, choreography, creative direction, photography, film, and interdisciplinary projects.
